DURANGO is a trucker jacket that carries that air.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe shape is a short trucker reworked from the Type1 (first type). A shield-shaped flap pocket\nat the chest, pleats on both sides of the placket, and a cinch belt with a brass buckle at the\nback.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe leather is vegetable-tanned tea-core cowhide. The tannage was reworked\nfrom scratch so that, instead of the pebbled grain usual on cowhide, it shows the fine vertical\ncreasing of horsehide. As the black wears and the brown core comes through, it becomes almost\nimpossible to tell from horsehide. It also keeps the advantages of cowhide: few scars and a fine,\neven surface.
