Snaps\nreplaced buttons, so cuffs no longer caught on fences.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLARAMIE is named after a historic western town in Wyoming, long tied to ranching, the railway\nand cowboy culture. It is a western shirt with reinforcing yokes over both shoulders, made up as a leather shirt jacket. It comes in two newly developed leathers.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe leather is a heavyweight goatskin about 1.6 mm thick. It comes from goats\nraised in a cold climate, and its grain and feel are close to deerskin to begin with. The fibres\nwere opened up thoroughly in the tannery to give it the soft hand of deerskin.\nGoatskin has a cleaner grain with fewer scars than deerskin, and its firm grain layer makes up\nfor deerskin's weak point, its lack of durability. The smell typical of goatskin has been taken out too.
