| Returns and exchanges | Contact us within 20 days of delivery and you may return or exchange the item for any reason. Shipping both ways is at your own cost. No payment processing fee or similar charge is deducted from your refund. Items must be unworn and unused, with all tags and accessories, unwashed, free of odours, and in resalable condition. If the size you want is out of stock and we cannot exchange, we refund in full. "Made to Order" items cannot be returned or exchanged. See our Refund Policy for details. |
| Changing an order | Before dispatch, the size or delivery address can be changed. Where a change of size results in a price difference, we will either charge the difference or refund it. "Made to Order" items cannot be changed once production has started. |
| Cancelling an order | Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. We refund in full, with no fee of any kind. "Made to Order" items cannot be cancelled once production has started. |
| Refunds | Where the reason is the customer’s, we refund the full price of the item, with no payment processing fee or similar charge deducted; round-trip shipping costs are not refundable. Where the reason is ours (a defective or incorrect item, or stock running out), we refund the full amount. |
