Information provided: name, delivery address, telephone number, and order details (product name and quantity)
Purpose: shipping the goods and handling export and import customs clearance

China has its own personal information protection law, but it is not a country recognised as having a standard equivalent to Japan’s. We require the recipients not to use the information for any purpose other than the above and to apply appropriate security measures.

For orders delivered within Japan we receive the goods in Japan before dispatch, so none of your information leaves the country.
