Shipping policy

Time to dispatch

We dispatch around 10 days after your order. These are calendar days including weekends and holidays, not business days.

Once you order, we place it with the factory, and every piece is inspected individually before it is sent. That is why this takes a little time. This applies to orders within Japan and international orders alike.

Items marked “Made to Order” take 4–8 weeks to reach you.

International

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free to every destination. Delivery takes about 14–28 business days after dispatch.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include shipping. How duties and import taxes are handled depends on the destination country (see below).

Where your order ships from

International orders are shipped directly from our partner warehouse in China. Orders within Japan are dispatched from within Japan (Tokyo).

All of our products are made in China (country of origin: China).

Duties and import taxes

On international orders, duties and import taxes may either be covered by us, or charged to you when your parcel arrives. Which of the two applies depends on the destination country and the shipping method used.

Where a charge is raised, it is payable by you. In some cases nothing further is payable at all.

Whether duty applies, and how much, is decided by customs in the destination country. We are not able to guarantee this in advance.

If you are browsing from outside Japan, prices are shown in US dollars. No separate currency conversion fee applies.

Delivery may be delayed by conditions in the destination country
If a parcel is returned because delivery was refused or nobody was available over a long period, the shipping actually incurred and any duties are payable by you
