Before you order

  • Contact us within 20 days of delivery and you may return or exchange the item for any reason. Shipping both ways is at your own cost. No payment processing fee or similar charge is deducted from your refund.
  • Items must be unworn and unused, with all tags and accessories, unwashed, free of odours, and in resalable condition. We cannot accept anything reported more than 20 days after delivery. On international refunds we deduct the duties included in the price (roughly 20–27%).
  • Before dispatch you can change the size or the delivery address, or cancel for a full refund. If the reason is ours — a defective or incorrect item — we cover everything including the return postage. “Made to Order” items cannot be returned or exchanged.

A reconstructed long shirt: three check shirts taken apart, then front, back, sleeves, and hem patched together in different patterns and sewn back up. Made in Japanese fabrics, it switches boldly between blue tartan and monotone gingham. A diagonal panel line running from the front through the hem, and a longer back hem, work well in layering. A one-off American check that stands on its own. REAL SIMONS embroidery sits at the chest.

• Take care to keep the leather away from rain and water. If it does get wet, blot the moisture off promptly with a dry cloth and let it dry naturally in a well-ventilated, shaded place.
• Store on a hanger that matches the shoulder width so the garment keeps its shape.
• Wipe dirt away gently with a well-wrung cloth, and spot-clean any marks that stand out.
• Store away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
