MENDOZA Vintage Grain Single Riders — Black Goatskin

A Mendoza-type single riders jacket built on 1940s workwear. A large pointed open collar, yoke seaming, flapped chest pockets left and right, and rounded waist pockets carry the look of the period. A substantial goatskin loaded with a heavy oil wax gives it a vintage grain and a black with real depth.

【What we insisted on】
Leather: a special imported goatskin developed by Simons, finished domestically to the classic RL method.
Substantial yet retro in feel, with an oiled quality and enough body to hold its shape, while the hand is as soft as cotton and without the smell goatskin usually carries.

Trims: buffalo horn buttons, a silk-lustre twill lining, and premium napped stitching thread.
Attention to the small things is what holds this jacket's quality together.

• Take care to keep the leather away from rain and water. If it does get wet, blot the moisture off promptly with a dry cloth and let it dry naturally in a well-ventilated, shaded place.
• Store on a hanger that matches the shoulder width so the garment keeps its shape.
• Wipe dirt away gently with a dry, soft cloth, and condition with a leather cream as needed.
• Store away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
