A leather jacket carrying on the design of the classic café racer. Light, supple goatskin makes it comfortable and easy on the body even over a long day. The deep red gains lustre the more it is worn, ageing richly.

• Store away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.

"Buy leather a size down, not up" turns out to be true. I first took an L, the same as in their horsehide model — the fit was fine but it didn't look sharp. I ordered an M instead and it fit unexpectedly well; it looks much crisper on. Only a T-shirt fits underneath, no knitwear, but for spring and autumn that's plenty.
