Suede Trucker Jacket, Third Type, Black, 1960s Cowhide

A suede leather jacket built on the trucker jackets of the 1960s. A trim front set off by contrast stitching, and a thick, napped cowhide with real rough presence. Against the usual 1.2 mm, this model uses a 1.5 mm suede cowhide, giving it weight and the ability to hold its shape. It fits to the body the more it is worn, and beautiful three-dimensional folds appear.

*As is normal with suede, a little colour and nap will come off the first few times it is worn. This is a temporary effect from loose surface colour and settles with continued use. Please avoid pairing it with light-coloured clothing early on. The leather itself will not produce further shedding or colour loss, so please wear it without concern.

• Take care to keep the leather away from rain and water. If it does get wet, blot the moisture off promptly with a dry cloth and let it dry naturally in a well-ventilated, shaded place.
• Store on a hanger that matches the shoulder width so the garment keeps its shape.
• Wipe dirt away gently with a dry, soft cloth, and condition with a leather cream as needed.
• Store away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
