A WW2-era model based on the Second World War Type 1 military leather jacket. The main material is unbuffed horsehide with the natural grain left exactly as it is, so every piece carries its own grain and veining. Being tea-core, the brown core shows through where the leather is worn, and depth builds with age. Button front, flap chest pockets, and a cinch back, practical, rough details throughout.
■ Materials by colour
• Black: outer leather: horsehide (tea-core); lining: yes. *Unbuffed horsehide with the natural grain left exactly as it is. Being tea-core, the brown core shows through worn areas and the leather grows richer with age.
• Brown: outer leather: cowhide (oil-wax); lining: yes. *Oil-wax finished cowhide, with a deep lustre and natural shadow. Creases and colour shift as it is worn in.

■ Care
• Take care to keep the leather away from rain and water. If it does get wet, blot the moisture off promptly with a dry cloth and let it dry naturally in a well-ventilated, shaded place.
• Store on a hanger that matches the shoulder width so the garment keeps its shape.
• Wipe dirt away gently with a dry, soft cloth, and condition with a leather cream as needed.
• Store away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
■ About natural leather
• Because this is natural leather, creases, veining, scars, and uneven colour may be visible. These are the character of a natural material, not defects.
• Colour may fade, transfer, or change with age through wear.
• Every piece looks slightly different. Please order with this in mind.
