Based on the jeweled belts of the American West in the 1940s and 50s. Dark brown cowhide embossed with a swirl pattern, scattered with coloured stones and studs.

The surface is given a fine crackle finish and the colour is rubbed back by hand. The cracks fall differently on every belt, so no two are the same. The leather is Italian cowhide, cut by hand. The buckle is a plain rounded rectangle in lead-free H65 brass, nickel plated.

■ Care
・Keep it out of the rain. If it does get wet, blot the water off with a dry cloth and let it dry naturally in the shade.
・Wipe marks with a dry soft cloth and feed the leather with a leather cream as needed.
・The metal hardware oxidises and mellows with use. A polish brings the shine back.
・Hang it up or coil it loosely for storage.
・Keep it out of direct sunlight, heat and damp.

■ About natural leather
・Creases, vein marks, scars and unevenness of colour are part of a natural hide, not faults.
・Colour may transfer or fade, and the leather will change with wear.
・Every piece looks slightly different.
