A trim leather blazer built on the tailored jackets of the 1920s. New Zealand deerskin finished without any coating, supple, light, and with a moist, substantial hand that clings to the fingers. It gains a natural lustre and deeper colour the more it is worn.
About the material: New Zealand deerskin
Deerskin is known for a soft, moist quality and excellent stretch. Because the surface carries many marks, however, most of what you see on the market has been surface-treated.
What we are after is a deerskin that keeps its original softness and almost translucent hand. So we select hides with the least possible surface treatment. After about a year of comparison, we settled on New Zealand deerskin as the best balance of substance, moisture, and freedom from marks.
Please enjoy the appeal of a real deerskin, which grows richer the more it is worn.

■ Care
• Take care to keep the leather away from rain and water. If it does get wet, blot the moisture off promptly with a dry cloth and let it dry naturally in a well-ventilated, shaded place.
• Store on a hanger that matches the shoulder width so the garment keeps its shape.
• Wipe dirt away gently with a dry, soft cloth, and condition with a leather cream as needed.
• Store away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
■ About natural leather
• Because this is natural leather, creases, veining, scars, and uneven colour may be visible. These are the character of a natural material, not defects.
• Colour may fade, transfer, or change with age through wear.
• Every piece looks slightly different. Please order with this in mind.
